Center for Digital Transformation
The Center for Digital Transformation at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, initiated and led by Professor Sun Tianshu, aims to integrate tech with business, theory with practice. It collaborates with enterprises, industries, and the government to find a uniquely Chinese path for industrial digitalization, covering tech strategy, business design, talent, standards, and policies.
The center focuses on two aspects: 1) new tech and big data, like data science, AI, cloud computing, IoT, etc.; 2) matching business designs and industrial policies.
It seeks to combine a global tech view with Chinese - specific industry features, building a co - creation platform for advanced discussions, top - level planning, and tech implementation. The center regularly holds academic and industry events, and supports cross - disciplinary research, education, sharing, and cooperation.
